Refund Policy

30 Days
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received the original packaging in a damaged condition, please indicate this when you request your refund or exchange, for alternate instructions may be provided. Please let us know if you have any question on how to pack the machine. Any damage due to poor packaging will invalidate your refund or exchange. Images of the packed goods are required before sending it to Formatize Pty Ltd.

Authorization
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the following details to support@formatize.co.za and state if you want to apply for exchange or refund: Name and Surname, Order Number and Date of Purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will request the method of payment and process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at brent@formatize.co.za.

On-Sale (Specials) items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately On-Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brent@formatize.co.za and send your item to: 11 Link Close Cape Town Western Cape ZA 7441.

Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

In the case of a refund, Formatize Pty Ltd will request a collection with their courier and deduct the cost from your refund.

In the case of an exchange, please courier your product to: 11 Link Close, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, 7441. It is required that you make use of a trackable courier service. Items should not be sent via the Post Office and Formatize Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost goods. Please let us know if you require the details of a trackable courier service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
